Standard Return Policy
Most items purchased at K-kart.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below by department. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not K-kart.com directly are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Holiday Extended Return Policy
As an added convenience for customers, items (Drones, computers, camcorders, digital cameras, digital music players, e-tablets, e- readers, portable video players, GPS units, video game hardware, and prepaid cell phones) purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 will begin the15 day return period on Dec. 26
How to Return or Replace
Item you purchased through K-kart.com:
- Items sold and shipped by K-kart.com can be returned or replaced (if the item is in stock) by mail within 90 days of when you receive them unless otherwise noted in our Return Policy above
- Items can only be returned to a store. Items can be returned to a store for a refund. If the store carries the item you can purchase it after returning the original
- Items purchased from dealers not K-kart.com directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- Refunds in-store and by mail will be issued to the original method of payment
- Funds should be available within 5 business days
- If your order is canceled and does not ship, the hold will expire in accordance to the timeframe set by your financial institution, usually within 5 business days
- Credit card, ATM, debit or check card refunds - your financial institution authorized the payment and placed a hold on your account at the time you placed your order however, your account is not actually billed until the order ships
- Gift Card, eGift Card or PayPal refunds - a refund will be issued to your original method of payment and the funds should be available within 5 business days.
- Pay with Cash refunds where a Walmart.com order is paid for in a K-Kart store can be refunded in-store only. You can choose to pick up your refund at a customer service counter, or have us mail you a refund check. You will receive an email requesting your refund preference if an item is canceled
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you received from k-kart.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement or at any Walmart store for a refund. In-store replacement is dependent on item availability. See step-by-step details for retuning/replacing above or start a return
- Most items may be returned within 90 days. For exceptions, see our Returns Policy above.
- You can exchange your gift or receive a refund by returning it to a store. We are currently unable to exchange or provide refunds for your gift via mail.
- Have a receipt/packing slip and are within the return policy - you have the option to get a store credit in the form of a gift card or receive cash back
- Do not have a receipt - see Non-Receipted Returns above
- Received a gift that is defective and needs to be replaced - you may be able to replace your gift with an identical item at a Walmart store. Contact or go to store to see if they have the item in stock.
