K-kart.com's Price Matching Policy

k-kart.com is committed to providing low prices every day, on everything.* So if you find a lower price from an online retailer on an identical, in-stock product, tell us and we'll match it.*k-kart.com does not match prices on items purchased from k-kart.com that later decrease in price (including price reductions and Rollbacks).

* The following limitations apply:

  • The item must be identical, (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, color)
  • The item must be in-stock at the online retailer's website and on k-kart.com at the time of the price match request
  • We will price match one item per customer per day
  • We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock
  • The item must be sold and fulfilled by one of these online retailers:

Sorry, we don't match:

  • Items purchased from k-kart.com that later decrease in price
  • Stores in Alaska and Hawaii do not Price Match other store prices or online prices
  • Prices from, or on behalf of Marketplace and third-party sellers
  • Discounts applied in checkout
  • Offers advertised as percentage off or dollar off (e.g., "15% off" or "$5 off")
  • Auctions prices or those requiring memberships
  • Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items, e.g., fees, shipping charges
  • Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
  • Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
  • Items that other retailers have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity or other special event offers
  • Damaged, used, or refurbished items
  • Price errors
  • In-store prices
  • Prices as a result of pickup discounts
  • No price matches to other retailers for prices shown from Thanksgiving through Cyber-Monday.

Promo Codes

Using a Promo Code:
  1. Sign in or create a K-Kart.com account (guest accounts cannot use promo codes)
  2. Add eligible items to your cart
  3. Each promotion varies in what is eligible and the minimum order, see that promotion’s Terms and Conditions for details. Terms and conditions can be found in the email or printed content next to the promo code itself
  4. During checkout, select Apply Promo Code, enter code and select Apply
Issues using a Promo Code If a promo code is not working, first, review the promotions terms and conditions, check to see if it is expired or if the item(s) in your cart are not eligible. If you meet all the terms and conditions for the promo and cannot apply it, Please contact us

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

Most items purchased at K-kart.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below by department. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.

Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not K-kart.com directly are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Holiday Extended Return Policy

As an added convenience for customers, items (Drones, computers, camcorders, digital cameras, digital music players, e-tablets, e- readers, portable video players, GPS units, video game hardware, and prepaid cell phones) purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 will begin the15 day return period on Dec. 26

How to Return or Replace

Item you purchased through K-kart.com:

  • Items sold and shipped by K-kart.com can be returned or replaced (if the item is in stock) by mail within 90 days of when you receive them unless otherwise noted in our Return Policy above
  • Items can only be returned to a store. Items can be returned to a store for a refund. If the store carries the item you can purchase it after returning the original
  • Items purchased from dealers not K-kart.com directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange


  • Refunds in-store and by mail will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Funds should be available within 5 business days
  • If your order is canceled and does not ship, the hold will expire in accordance to the timeframe set by your financial institution, usually within 5 business days
  • Credit card, ATM, debit or check card refunds - your financial institution authorized the payment and placed a hold on your account at the time you placed your order however, your account is not actually billed until the order ships
  • Gift Card, eGift Card or PayPal refunds - a refund will be issued to your original method of payment and the funds should be available within 5 business days.
  • Pay with Cash refunds where a Walmart.com order is paid for in a K-Kart store can be refunded in-store only. You can choose to pick up your refund at a customer service counter, or have us mail you a refund check. You will receive an email requesting your refund preference if an item is canceled

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item you received from k-kart.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement or at any Walmart store for a refund. In-store replacement is dependent on item availability. See step-by-step details for retuning/replacing above or start a return


  • Most items may be returned within 90 days. For exceptions, see our Returns Policy above.
  • You can exchange your gift or receive a refund by returning it to a store. We are currently unable to exchange or provide refunds for your gift via mail.
    • Have a receipt/packing slip and are within the return policy - you have the option to get a store credit in the form of a gift card or receive cash back
    • Do not have a receipt - see Non-Receipted Returns above
    • Received a gift that is defective and needs to be replaced - you may be able to replace your gift with an identical item at a Walmart store. Contact or go to store to see if they have the item in stock.

Order Has Not Arrived?

Cancellation Request Failed

If your order was unable to be canceled, once it is received you can return items by mail or at any Walmart Store. Start Your Return

Order is Damaged or Defective

You can return the item for a refund or a replacement. Start Your Return

Order is Missing Items or Parts

If items or parts are missing and not being shipped in multiple shipments, you may request a replacement or refund through Your Account or contact Customer Care.

Received Incorrect Item

If the item you received is not the item shown on your order in Your Account, you can return it for a refund or replacement. Incorrect items cannot be returned to a Retailers store. Start Your Return

No Longer Want the Items Ordered

If your item is still within the Return Policy, you can return items by mail or at any Walmart store. Start Your Return

Because we start processing your order as soon as you click "Place Order", we cannot make changes after it is placed. You may send a cancellation request, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.Change Something on an Order
